My focus is working with individuals and groups to provide solutions to workplace challenges. My approach is practical and positive with many benefits for both the organisation and those who work in it.

 

I am a personal and professional coach, accredited with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and have both a diploma and a special purpose award in coaching. I received my nursing qualification in the UK, earned a Bachelor’s degree in the USA and completed my Master’s degree at Trinity College, Dublin.

 

I have 15 years experience in the area of personal and professional development and training and have passionately incorporated Coaching into my work since 2008. I currently work with various departments such as Human Resources, Occupational Health and Employee Assistant Programs to provide solutions to workplace challenges. While working in both the private and public sectors I have become increasingly aware of the challenges organisations face. I became passionate about supporting them to gain a fresh perspective specifically on workplace challenges.
